This weekend I am definitely making those Buffalo Chicken Rolls! They look delicious! But other than that just a bunch of healthy food. I ate way too much sugary foods this past week so I just want to get back to my normal veggie-eating ways. ;-)

My hubby would love me forever if I made those for him! Well… he better anyway, but you know what I mean. ;) They look great.

I’m not sure what I’m having this weekend, but I know I’m having a salad for lunch.

These look absolutely delicious and my Hubby would love them! He loves anything buffalo chicken! Tonight we are going to my grandparent’s house for steak, baked potatoes and salad to celebrate all the June anniversaries and birthdays (I am currently 31 weeks along with twin boys and on modified bed rest so I am ready to get out of the house) and then we have a baby shower Sunday! It should be a fun weekend!

I am having first-time dinner guests tomorrow so I am serving:
    Stuffed mushrooms (appetizers)
Italian Sausage and Veggie Pasta (got the recipe from Fitness Magazine website)
    Salad
    Garlic Bread
and for dessert, hopefully chocolate mousse in cute little chocolate cups (I’ve never made mousse before so I hope it turns out!)

My husband mentioned not long ago that we had not had a “breakfast dinner” in a long time so I am making homemade buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy for one of our meals this weekend. My son will hate it! :o) He hates gravy of any sort – I think the hospital messed up and sent us home with the wrong kid (except he is the spitting image of his father).

It’s 3am and my boyfriend and I are making these! They’re in the oven right now. We had an unofficial folding competition and he totally won. Thanks for the great idea!! I’m sure we’ll love them in T minus 5 minutes!

Oooh good question! Traveling this weekend affords lots of delicious eating.

Last night, south Indian vegetable curry.

Tonight, New York City Thai food (nothing like it) and lots of wine :)

Tomorrow night, I’m thinking fresh pasta with seafood- clams, calamari, shrimp, scallops, and a tomato-white wine-clam broth sauce.

And homemade double chocolate bing cherry ice cream. Blog post on that to come!

A delicious weekend, indeed :) enjoy yours, Andie!

We’re having a family cookout today. Sort of a graduation party for me/annual get together. I ordered a yellow cake with chocolate frosting from my most favorite bakery ever. I’m kind of excited.

But aside from dessert (even though we all know this is the best part,) there’s going to be a ton of various salads (quinoa, spinach, potato, etc.) Everyone is bringing a dish, which always makes for a fun, unique spread of food.

    Happy Weekend! :D

I need those. They look beyond delicious!! This weekend, I got to indulge in one of my favorite things from a local restaurant, Texas Cattle Company. Their AMAZING house salad, and big delicious steak, and of course, an enjoyable amount of bread. Life is good on the weekends. :)

This weekend we ate pulled pork and lots of it. Plus some savory cornbread and snickerdoodle blondies.
Although to keep things a little healthy, we made chickpea curry. :)
I love Fridays too, but now that it’s summer, every day is a Friday for me!
