Mmmm… I have an abundance of tomatoes coming in and I thought just the other day that I need to make salsa… or gazpacho!

I know what I’m doing as soon as the semester ends next week and I catch a few moments to breathe (and cook)!

Yummmm! Salsa is my go-to condiment for almost everything and I’ve been experimenting with different mixes lately. Yours sounds so yummy!!

Speaking of fresca/o, have you ever made queso fresco? I tried it out a few months ago and it had, like, no flavor. This would obviously not be the case with salsa (YUM), but just curious as to your own south-of-the-border kitchen experiences.

This is so simple and so perfectly in time for the tomatoes that are starting to pop up all around in farmers markets. I can’t wait to try this recipe.

Thank you, once again! :D
