As many of you requested, here are the recipes for the pies that I baked on Thanksgiving. They are–to put it mildly–two of the very best I’ve ever tasted. I hope you’ll love them just the same.
I’ve long tended to reserve pie making and pie eating for Thanksgiving, but this year I came to recognize how crazy that notion is. These beauts should be served throughout the holiday season; they’re just too lovely not to share.
THANK YOU!!!
OMG. Coconut Custard Pie?! I die. DIE, I tell you.
Coconut Custard Pie! Thank you!
Hooray! Thank you!
I made a coconut custard pie for Thanksgiving. Guess it was good – my daughter and husband finished it in 2 days!
Oh my, these both looked so delicious earlier this week when you posted the pics. Thank you so much for sharing the recipes!
So glad you shared the recipes for these – I love coconut =)
I have been making the Cranberry Walnut Pie for Thanksgiving the last two years. When you posted the recipe the first time, I just knew I would love it. Now, I’m required to bring it to any get together that we have in the fall through Christmas. It’s ALWAYS a huge hit!
I am so happy to hear this, Kristal. My family and friends feel the same way about it. It’s a testament to how good this pie really is :)
